The Triggers page lists trigger instances — subscriptions that start a workflow when a schedule fires or an event arrives (often tied to a connected account). For the full picture of how an agent can be reached (chat, messaging channels, schedule, events, widget), start with Entry points and channels. That page explains the difference between channels (inbound + reply) and triggers (start-only).

What you do on the Triggers page

  • Review name/type, workflow association, enabled flag, last activity
  • Enable or disable an instance
  • Delete with confirmation

Typical schedule flow

1

Confirm a manual run works

Run the workflow once from Chat or Run/Test with the right end user and connections.
2

Add a schedule entry point

In the workflow editor under Entry points, add Schedule, set cron + timezone, and save. Details: Entry points and channels.
3

Confirm the instance

Open Triggers and ensure the instance is enabled.
After cloning a workflow, re-point or recreate triggers for the new copy. Disable instances before risky edits if concurrent runs are a concern.
