  • A workflow you trust for public or staging use (limited tools)
  • Access to paste an iframe or script on a page you control

Steps

1

Harden the workflow

Open the workflow, trim tools and knowledge to what visitors should access, and save.

Create the widget

Open Widgets. Create a widget, bind the workflow, set colors and position, and save.

Copy the embed URL

Copy the widget id and use:
Or paste the snippet the dashboard provides.

Smoke-test

Open the URL in a private window. Send a test message and confirm the correct workflow answers.

Verify

  • Widget shows as active in the dashboard
  • Embed loads branding you configured
  • No private tools fire for a stranger’s session
