Files

Files is the project’s file library: documents, images, and other blobs agents and chats can use. Open Files. There is no upload button on this page. Upload from chat or workflows (empty-state CTA: Open chat to upload).

Scope

Actions such as Clean up old files / Get more storage
Prune dialog Free up storage — removes this end user’s oldest files in the current project first

Tips

Delete obsolete files to free quota and reduce clutter.
Prefer Knowledge collections for long-term RAG over dumping many large docs only as raw files.
