Files is the project’s file library: documents, images, and other blobs agents and chats can use. Open Files. There is no upload button on this page. Upload from chat or workflows (empty-state CTA: Open chat to upload).

Filters and storage

  • Search by name
  • Format filter (All, common types, plus formats present in the project)
  • Storage panel: usage bar with legend for All projects / This project / This end user
  • Actions such as Clean up old files / Get more storage
  • Prune dialog Free up storage — removes this end user’s oldest files in the current project first

Columns and actions

Bulk bar: selection count · Clear · Delete selected. Confirm single or bulk delete. Image preview opens in a dialog.

Tips

  • Delete obsolete files to free quota and reduce clutter.
  • Prefer Knowledge collections for long-term RAG over dumping many large docs only as raw files.
  • Storage quotas follow your plan; free up space with cleanup or upgrade from Pricing when the bar is full.
