Knowledge manages RAG collections — documents and URLs chunked for retrieval so agents can answer from your sources. Collections belong to the selected end user. Switch the End user if you expect collections that do not appear. Open Knowledge. Ingest content with RAG tools in chat (header Chat with Knowledge). There is no full ingest form on the list/detail pages.

List

What you see

  • Search: Search collections…
  • Refresh · Chat with Knowledge
  • Knowledge storage panel (usage / almost full / get more)
  • Cards: name; chunk count or “Empty collection — add content in chat”; Chat · Delete

Read-only share (MCP)

Same pattern as Database: Read-only share with project members lets others read via MCP without taking over ownership in your end-user list.

Empty state

No knowledge collections yet — add content with RAG tools in chat → Chat with Knowledge.

Delete

Deleting a collection removes its chunks. Confirm in the dialog.

Collection detail

Open a collection (/dashboard/knowledge/[id]).
  • Name
  • Badges: Chunks, Sources, Shared with project members or Private, collection id
  • Chat with this collection · Refresh · Actions (Copy ID, Delete collection)

Empty collection

If there is no content yet: add files, URLs, or text with RAG tools in chat.

Tabs

Sources

  • Grouped by type: File / URL / Text (pasted)
  • Per source: chunk count · View chunks · Delete source
  • Chunk list with load more; sheet Chunk preview / read full chunk
  • Search semantically… then Search
  • Results with score badges; idle and empty states
  • May show credit-related errors if usage is blocked

Attach to an agent

In the workflow editor Data access card:
  1. Tick Knowledge collections this agent may read.
  2. Search tools for those collections are added automatically when the agent runs.
  3. Only collections that exist for the relevant end user in the current project are listed.
Separate collections by domain (support policy vs product docs) to improve retrieval. See Workflows in the dashboard.

Tips

  • Ingest authoritative sources; re-sync or re-ingest after major doc updates (via chat tools).
  • Prefer Knowledge for Q&A; use Database for structured rows.
  • API: Knowledge. Native tools: Native tools: RAG.
